The Lexington Park Lions Club held its monthly meeting on Wednesday, marking a special occasion with the induction of three new members into the club. Carla Wilson, Kimberly Adams, and Jason Adams were officially welcomed into the Lions family by Zone Chair George Kirby, who presided over the induction ceremony.
The meeting began with a meaningful community service project, as club members gathered to assemble comfort bags. These bags, filled with essential items, will be distributed to local EMS companies and crisis intervention teams, furthering the Lions Club’s commitment to supporting frontline workers and community responders.
“We are thrilled to welcome Carla, Kimberly, and Jason to our club,” said Queen Lion Dana Davis. “Their dedication to serving our community aligns perfectly with our mission, and we look forward to working alongside them to continue making a positive impact.”
The Lexington Park Lions Club remains committed to serving the local community through various outreach efforts, and the induction of new members strengthens the club's ability to extend its reach and support.
